As many of you may have noticed, SMYS has started using a new registration program called League Toolbox to manage our Winter Arena Season. This new program not only takes registrations, but it also creates rosters and schedules, as well as helps us communicate with coaches, referees, players, and parents. Everyone that is registered in the Winter Arena Season (players/parents, coaches, referees) has a personal account that they can access to view their schedules, team rosters, and other personal information.
Logging in to your League Toolbox account is not the same as logging in to our website or your CalSouth account, so if you have experienced difficulties or confusion trying to log in, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you registered online, you used the League Toolbox program and have an account login and password.
Over the next few weeks, we will be slowing shifting our website over to the League Toolbox web hosting site and will be eliminating part of the confusion between the two sites.
To view the Spring Arena schedules, click on the schedules button on the top menu - there you will also be able to log in to your League Toolbox account.
Thank you for your patience while we work through this transition that is going to help make San Marcos Youth Soccer a more efficient soccer league.
The following information is gathered from our website visitors:
Form information necessary to transact your requests.
We use the information to enhance your visitor experience.
Your personal information is accessible by SMYS Staff and will not be shared, sold or rented in anyway.
To safeguard your personal information, we limit access to only SMYS authorized staff only.
To help ensure the health and safety of young athletes, CDC developed the Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports initiative to offer information about concussions to coaches, parents, and athletes involved in youth sports. The Heads Up initiative provides important information on preventing, recognizing, and responding to a concussion.
San Marco Youth Soccer supports this program and wants to make you aware of it.

If you are requesting a refund for registration fees you must submit the request via e-mail to email@example.com with your player’s name, date of birth, address for refund, phone number, and a short explanation for why you are requesting the refund. Refund requests can also be mailed to: San Marcos Youth Soccer, PO Box 627, San Marcos, Ca. 92079.
Requests made after July 1 will be reduced by any expenditures that have already been spent on the player. These may include, but are not limited to, insurance, uniforms, and administrative fees. Any refund requests made after the beginning of the season will be pro-rated after reducing for expenditures.
Refund requests will be processed within two weeks.
