Responsible for designing and creating the league yearbook for the fall season.
Responsible for updating the league website with the most current information on a daily basis.
Under the direction of the Director of Purchasing, the Uniform Coordinator helps with the ordering and distribution of player uniforms.
Uniform Coordinator positions include:
Fall Recreation Program
Arena Seasons (Winter & Spring)
Competitive Program (Revolution)
Under the direction of the Director of Purchasing, the Trophy Coordinator assists with the ordering and distribution of trophies and/or medals for fall season teams.
Under the direction of the CFO, the Treasurer performs day-to-day accounting duties for the corporation.
Treasurer positions include:
Under the direction of the Vice President, the TOPSoccer Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program) division designed for players with physical and/or mental disabilities.
Under the Direction of the CFO and Director of Purchasing, the Spirit Wear Coordinator is responsible for official league apparel for sale to general public; and coordinates team apparel for individual teams.
Under the direction of the Executive Administrator, the Secretary is responsible for preparing minutes at official league meetings; sends minutes to board of directors for review; reserves facilities for all league meetings.
Under the supervision of the Director of Registration, the Registrar enters player data into league registration system; provides player data to division coordinators for team formation; creates team rosters per division coordinators’ designation; maintains official league rosters for assigned divisions. Divisions are divided into four areas:
Lower Divisions: u05 – u08
Middle Divisions: u10 – u14
Upper & Competitive Divisions: u16 – u19 and Competitive Teams
